What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 1 day, and maximum rental period is 7 days. If you need a longer rental period, please contact us.

How much time in advance do I need to book equipment?

Please book at least 3 hours before your pick-up time. TinyCap also recommends contacting us to confirm your kit will be ready on time.

How far in advance can I book equipment?

You can book equipment up to 90 days in advance, starting from today.

What are the pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are available between 10:00 and 16:00. You can select your preferred time when placing your order.

What if I can’t pick up or return at my scheduled time?

TinyCap understands that things happen during production! If you need to change your pick-up or return slot, please let us know as soon as possible.

Why are some slots unavailable on a given day?

To keep all equipment in top condition, TinyCap sets aside buffer time to inspect and prep gear after returns, ensuring it's ready and reliable for the next rental.

What can I do if an item I need isn’t available?

What payment methods are available?

TinyCap accepts cash and card payments in-store, as well as bank transfers for online payments. You’ll receive payment details for bank transfer in your confirmation email once your order is confirmed.
